Q: If I don't have a PayPal account, can I still order from your store?
A: We believe so, indeed! When you check out there should be an option that says something like "continue without signing in" - click on that and it should bring you to a page where you can pay with credit card, using PayPal's services as a guest.
Q: How long will my order take to be processed and sent out to me?
A: We handle all order processing ourselves and we try very hard to be as quick as we can about it! All orders are processed in the same order as they are received. If you are ordering a gift or for the holidays, we recommend ordering as early as possible. When your order ships, you should receive an email with the tracking number included. Keep an eye on your spam. Unfortunately, our system doesn’t generate shipping emails for International orders. Typically, orders are processed and sent out within a few days to a week if there is a new release or it’s the holidays. But if you feel as though your order is taking suspiciously long, please contact Kim about it: email@example.com and she'll look into it right away!
Q: I placed an order and forgot that the address on my paypal account was wrong. What can I do?
A: If you just placed your order, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your old address, the new address and your name. She will do her best to reach our shipping team and have the order pulled and the address changed. If you wait, unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we will be able to catch it.
If your order hasn't shown up and now you realized that the address on your order was wrong, please contact us to see if the order was returned to us. Unfortunately we can't be responsible for lost merchandise that was shipped to a wrong address or for additional shipping costs if it was returned to us. Please be sure that the address that you have provided is correct in every detail. This will help us to do our best in getting your order to you.
Q: I ordered a digital subscription to ATLAS: YEAR 2 or another digital version of a song/album but I haven’t received my download.
A: We have a couple of suggestions that may help.
First...We recommend that you check the email address associated with your paypal account to be sure that it’s the one that you are currently using. Immediately after an order is placed, an email is generated (including the link) to the email address that is associated with the recipient’s paypal account. If you go to that address, the email should be waiting for you. If you’re using a different email address, please contact email@example.com so that she can alert our merchandise team to update your email address for future downloads. Please include your name, date that the order was placed, item ordered, old email address and new email address. We’ll take care of it for you.
Please also remember, if during the course of a subscription series, your email address changes (ex: college arrival or departure). Just let us know and we’ll update if for you.
If everything checks out there, we suggest checking your spam. Emails are automatically generated so it should be there waiting for you.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We’re so sorry but we can’t accept returns. If you’re purchasing a shirt, please be sure to read the description for each one as we use several manufacturers and sizing is different for each.
